Parvathipuram, July 7: Acclaimed poet and writer Ganta Ramakrishna has earned national recognition as his poem “Nijamaina Praja Prathinidhi” (The Real People’s Representative) has been selected for publication in the prestigious national-level poetry anthology Praja Devullu.
The selection was made through a nationwide poetry competition jointly organized by Telugu Velugu Jateeya Vedika, SV Foundation, and the Serilingampally Writers Association.
According to the organizers, numerous poetry entries were received from across the country. A distinguished panel of judges comprising Kilaparthi Dalinaidu, Dr. B.H.V. Ramadevi, and Dr. Goravaraju Satish Kumar carefully evaluated the submissions before selecting Ramakrishna’s poem for inclusion in the anthology.
The anthology Praja Devullu is being edited by noted poet Dr. Moturi Narayana Rao. As part of the recognition, Ganta Ramakrishna will be felicitated at a national-level literary event and presented with a memento and certificate of appreciation.
A native of Narsipuram village in Parvathipuram Mandal, Ganta Ramakrishna has brought pride to his hometown and the district through this achievement.
Public representatives, poets, writers, Telugu language enthusiasts, and residents of Narsipuram have congratulated Ramakrishna, expressing happiness that his literary accomplishment has elevated the village’s name to a national platform. The recognition is being hailed as a significant achievement for Telugu literature and an inspiration to aspiring writers across the region.
